This Privacy Policy applies to the ikkmo mobile application ("Application"), provided by Can Filiz ("Service Provider") as a free service.
Information Collection and Use
The Application may collect limited technical and usage data such as IP address, device operating system, visited screens, usage duration, and service diagnostics to provide and improve core features.
Permissions Used by the Application
Camera Permission ( android.permission.CAMERA )
Camera access is used only for QR attendance/check-in operations. The camera is activated only when the user opens the QR scan feature. The Application does not use the camera in the background.
Location Permissions ( android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION , android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION )
Location access is used for service/transport tracking features. Location data is used to support route visibility, location-based status updates, and operational tracking. Location is collected only with user permission.
Network Permissions ( android.permission.INTERNET , android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE )
These permissions are required for secure communication with backend services, data synchronization, and connection-state checks.
Vibration Permission ( android.permission.VIBRATE )
Vibration is used for in-app feedback and important alerts.
Data Sharing
The Service Provider does not sell personal data. Limited data may be shared with trusted service providers only when necessary to operate or improve the Application.

User Rights and Controls
Users can manage or revoke permissions at any time from device settings. If required permissions are denied, some features may not function properly.
Data Retention

The Application is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If such data is identified, it will be deleted promptly.
